For returns due to a change of mind:
The return must be sent via prepaid shipping or by requesting a return pickup through the courier (if using a courier return pickup, the corresponding shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount).
The original shipping cost from PROJECT G/R to the customer must be covered by the customer, either by including the amount in the return package or having it deducted from the refund amount.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days after the package arrives.
